LANDU uses Qualtrics — a third-party survey provider — to solicit and gather qualitative user opinions of its websites. Filling out a survey is never a requirement to view a LANDU website and is at the sole discretion of the user. Any data provided is transmitted to and stored by Qualtrics on servers in the United States.

LANDU employs other peripheral technologies that complement, but are not a part of it. Examples include Oracle Eloqua – a marketing automation platform that deploys email campaigns and hosts related landing pages – and QUMU – an enterprise video platform that hosts and distributes live and on-demand video content. Both systems similarly follow the tracking standards enumerated for other technologies above.

Ad Remarketing.

This website uses remarketing services such as Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, DoubleClick, AddThis and others to advertise on third-party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site.

Response Timing and Format.

We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing. If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. Any disclosures we provide will only cover the twelve (12) month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt.
