LANDU is a Chinese multinational manufacturer headquartered in Jinan, Shandong Province. Founded in 2008 as a trading company by Mr. Cui, LANDU began selling Cellulose Ether and Redispersible Polymer Powder nationwide.
In 2011, LANDU established its first Cellulose Ether factory in Jinan, which had an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. Owning its own factory signifies direct control over the production process, quality standards, and supply chain. It reflects the ability to manufacture products without relying on a third party. It ultimately strengthens LANDU’s market position as a reliable, self-sufficient producer.
To further strengthen its supply chain and production capacity, LANDU built a new RDP factory in 2015, reinforcing its ability to meet growing market demands.
The year 2020 witnessed the launch of pilot production at the Wuqiao Phase II factory. This advancement increased LANDU’s annual cellulose ether production capacity to 40,000 tons, further strengthening its ability to meet growing market demands.
Two years later, LANDU expanded its annual RDP output to 20,000 tons. This was also the year LANDU obtained REACH certification for its entire product range. LANDU presented new sustainable development goals of providing climate-friendly and resource-saving solutions.
LANDU allocated substantial funds for a new local office building in 2023, fulfilling its commitment to providing a modern, efficient environment for employees. What began as a sales office has since evolved into a comprehensive network of production, research, and service sites.
