SCIP panels, or structural concrete insulated panels, are a modern building material designed to be lightweight, thermal insulated, and resistant to sound and fire. They are composed of a core of expanded polystyrene(EPS) sandwiched between two layers of reinforced concrete, 2mm to 3mm diameter wire mesh between them, and a diagonal truss connector.
LANDU, as an authoritative troubleshooter in the chemical additive industry, is adept at offering high-quality concrete additives, including Polycarboxylate Superplasticizers, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, and Redispersible Polymer Powder. By delaying the hydration of the cement, Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer effectively limits the heating up and thus keeps the concrete fluid easy to pump into the SCIP panel structure. Noticeably, this process has no effect on the concrete’s final strength.
Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer could accelerate the early strength development of the concrete. It also enhances the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete, making SCIP panels more resistant to mechanical stresses and impacts.
Typically used at 0.1% to 0.3% by weight of cement, PCE could save 3kg of concrete per cubic meter and increase its 28-day strength by about 5 to 10 MPa.

HPMC could form a thin film to reduce water evaporation during curing, ensuring the concrete cures uniformly and achieves its full strength. This also minimizes the risk of cracking due to improper curing.
HPMC can be used to retain water in the concrete mix, ensuring proper hydration and reducing plastic shrinkage cracks. LADNU could modify and increase the gel temperature of HPMC for your specific requirement in SCIP panels, making it resistant to temperature fluctuations and reducing thermal cracking risk.
Typically used at 0.1% to 0.5% by weight of cement.

RDP is primarily used to enhance the adhesion between the concrete and EPS core, leading to less cracking under stress or thermal movement.
RDP also reduces water absorption and prevents damage from moisture during the initial stage of construction.
Typically used at 0.1% to 0.5% by weight of cement.
