Adezivul pentru pl\u0103ci C2 ofer\u0103 performan\u021be mai ridicate dec\u00e2t C1. Iar cimentul Portland P.O42.5 este tipul cel mai frecvent utilizat \u00een formulele de adeziv pentru pl\u0103ci.<ul><li>Din punct de vedere fizic, cimentul poate fixa pl\u0103cile \u00een pozi\u021bie prin ancorare mecanic\u0103.\u00a0<\/li><li>Din punct de vedere chimic, particulele de ciment reac\u021bioneaz\u0103 cu apa pentru a forma o mas\u0103 puternic\u0103 care leag\u0103 materialele \u00eentre ele. Aceast\u0103 reac\u021bie este cunoscut\u0103 sub numele de hidratare.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e53f36e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e53f36e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. De\u0219i aceste ingrediente nu au un impact direct asupra procesului de lipire chimic\u0103, substan\u021bele de umplutur\u0103 au rolul de a sus\u021bine \u0219i consolida adezivul. \u00cempreun\u0103 cu cimentul, aceste dou\u0103 ingrediente asigur\u0103 propriet\u0103\u021bile de baz\u0103 ale adezivului pentru pl\u0103ci ceramice.<\/li><li>Dimensiunea particulelor de carbonat de calciu trebuie s\u0103 fie mai mic\u0103 de 0,075 mm, iar cea a nisipului trebuie s\u0103 fie mai mic\u0103 de 1 mm.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aea1c0c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"aea1c0c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Men\u021bine umiditatea \u00een adezivul pentru pl\u0103ci ceramice \u0219i asigur\u0103 o bun\u0103 lucrabilitate.<ul><li>Ca agent de re\u021binere a apei:<ul><li>\u00cen cazul mortarului de ciment tradi\u021bional, trebuie s\u0103 umezi\u021bi peretele \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eenmuia\u021bi pl\u0103cile \u00eenainte de placare. Aceste probleme pot fi evitate atunci c\u00e2nd apela\u021bi la adezivul pentru pl\u0103ci cu HPMC, deoarece acesta poate men\u021bine umiditatea. De asemenea, con\u021binutul stabil de umiditate asigur\u0103 o v\u00e2scozitate adecvat\u0103, f\u0103c\u00e2nd adezivul pentru pl\u0103ci mai u\u0219or de \u00eentins \u0219i aplicat.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Ca agent de \u00eengro\u0219are:<ul><li>Prin re\u021binerea apei \u00een lipirea pl\u0103cilor, HPMC previne fisurarea \u0219i promoveaz\u0103 hidratarea, \u00een special \u00een aplica\u021biile thinset, unde apa din ciment se poate evapora cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 sau poate fi absorbit\u0103 de substrat \u0219i pl\u0103ci \u00eenainte ca reac\u021bia s\u0103 fie complet\u0103.
