O efeito espessante do \u00e9ter de celulose na argamassa de cimento \u00e9 influenciado pelo seu grau de eterifica\u00e7\u00e3o, viscosidade e tamanho das part\u00edculas, sendo estes factores geralmente proporcionais ao seu desempenho. Por conseguinte, \u00e9 poss\u00edvel obter o desempenho anti-esc\u00f3ria desejado e uma consist\u00eancia \u00f3ptima nas formula\u00e7\u00f5es de argamassa.
