Come due additivi comuni per adesivi e boiacche, la polvere VINNAPAS VAE e la polvere VINNAPAS VAE sono state utilizzate come additivi. <a style=\"color: #333333;\" href=\"https:\/\/landu-china.com\/it\/prodotti\/polvere-polimerica-ridisperdibile-accurata\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACCURATO<\/a> Il lattice acrilico in polvere presenta alcune differenze notevoli. Essendo due tipi di questo polimero, VINNAPAS VAE Powder e ACCURATE\u2122 Acrylic Latex Powder possono trasformarsi nuovamente in emulsione una volta mescolati con acqua in una certa proporzione, senza sacrificare o modificare le propriet\u00e0 dell'emulsione originale. Le prestazioni complessive della polvere di lattice VAE, tra cui la durata e l'adesione, si riducono progressivamente se esposta all'esterno, in presenza di pioggia o umidit\u00e0. In pratica, abbiamo potuto constatare che la malta per l'incollaggio degli isolanti e l'intonacatura a base di polvere di lattice VAE presenta una scarsa resistenza all'acqua nel breve periodo. Questo design specifico pu\u00f2 migliorare significativamente l'idrofobicit\u00e0 della polvere di lattice acrilico. Quando la temperatura scende al di sotto di 0\u2103, la polvere di lattice VAE diventa fragile, il che indica che non offre alcuna resistenza alle crepe. Le aree fredde, come la Russia, soffrono di problemi di fessurazione nei progetti di isolamento termico, per non parlare dei problemi di qualit\u00e0 causati dalla quantit\u00e0 insufficiente di VAE come materia prima.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Per quanto riguarda questo problema, la particolare struttura delle particelle di lattice acrilico in polvere ACCURATE\u2122 \u00e8 in grado di formare un film a basse temperature mantenendo una bassa MFFT (temperatura minima di formazione del film). In particolare, la TG (temperatura di transizione vetrosa) pi\u00f9 elevata dello strato esterno delle particelle di polvere acrilica impedisce che si attacchino l'una all'altra durante il processo di essiccazione a spruzzo, mentre la TG pi\u00f9 bassa dello strato interno aiuta la polvere di lattice a formare un film, con conseguente migliore flessibilit\u00e0 in un ambiente freddo.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">LANDU ha condotto un esperimento per testare le prestazioni delle formule di adesivo per piastrelle addizionate con VINNAPAS VAE Powder e ACCURATE\u2122 Acrylic Latex Powder.
