HPMC je obecn\u011b dob\u0159e rozpustn\u00fd ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b, kde se rychle rozpou\u0161t\u00ed a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed \u010dir\u00fd nebo m\u00edrn\u011b ml\u00e9\u010dn\u00fd koloidn\u00ed roztok. V hork\u00e9 vod\u011b m\u00e1 tendenci sp\u00ed\u0161e gelovat ne\u017e se rozpou\u0161t\u011bt. Ne v\u0161echny HPMC se v\u0161ak mohou rozpou\u0161t\u011bt pouze ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b. Ve skute\u010dnosti existuje mnohem v\u00edce faktor\u016f ovliv\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed HPMC ne\u017e jen teplota. Povrchov\u011b upraven\u00fd HPMC je pota\u017een hydrofobn\u00edm materi\u00e1lem (nap\u0159. acet\u00e1tem), kter\u00fd zpomaluje jeho rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ve vod\u011b a usnad\u0148uje jeho dispergaci ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b. Tento typ HPMC lze p\u0159id\u00e1vat p\u0159\u00edmo do studen\u00e9 vody a postupn\u011b se rozpou\u0161t\u00ed m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm nebo zah\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm. Naproti tomu HPMC bez povrchov\u00e9 \u00fapravy se ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b rozpou\u0161t\u00ed rychle a vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed lepkavou l\u00e1tku, kter\u00e1 se m\u016f\u017ee shlukovat, co\u017e vede k nerovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Such\u00fdm m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm a rovnom\u011brn\u00fdm m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm se HPMC odd\u011bl\u00ed od ostatn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f ve sm\u011bsi. Viskozita se zvy\u0161uje ihned po p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed vody a produkt neaglomeruje; zat\u00edmco p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b lepidel a n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f doch\u00e1z\u00ed k aglomeraci. Nejprve HPMC rozpt\u00fdl\u00edte v mal\u00e9m mno\u017estv\u00ed hork\u00e9 vody m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00edm a pot\u00e9 p\u0159id\u00e1te studenou vodu, abyste dos\u00e1hli \u00fapln\u00e9ho rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Je to proto, \u017ee gel vytvo\u0159en\u00fd v hork\u00e9 vod\u011b se p\u0159i ochlazen\u00ed rozpt\u00fdl\u00ed a zcela rozpust\u00ed. Tyto bublinky nejen\u017ee ovlivn\u00ed vzhled roztoku, ale mohou tak\u00e9 br\u00e1nit pln\u00e9mu kontaktu mezi HPMC a vodou, a t\u00edm zpomalit proces rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 pomal\u00e9 m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed neposkytuje dostate\u010dnou s\u00edlu k dispergaci pr\u00e1\u0161ku HPMC, co\u017e vede k tvorb\u011b aglomer\u00e1t\u016f ve vod\u011b, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnost rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a vede k nehomogenn\u00edmu roztoku, co\u017e ovliv\u0148uje kone\u010dnou \u00fa\u010dinnost aplikace. Aby se p\u0159ede\u0161lo t\u011bmto probl\u00e9m\u016fm, doporu\u010duje se pro m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edt st\u0159edn\u00ed rychlost, kter\u00e1 pom\u016f\u017ee rovnom\u011brn\u00e9mu a rychl\u00e9mu rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed HPMC.<\/p><p>Za druh\u00e9, pokud je doba m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 kr\u00e1tk\u00e1, HPMC se nemus\u00ed zcela rozpustit, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd pr\u00e1\u0161ek nebo gelov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice v roztoku. Tyto nerozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti mohou ovlivnit homogenitu a pou\u017eitelnost roztoku. P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00e1 doba m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed obvykle nem\u00e1 negativn\u00ed vliv na kone\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti roztoku, ale m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit produktivitu, zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i velkoobjemov\u00e9 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 v\u00fdrob\u011b. Proto by za p\u0159edpokladu zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9ho rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bla b\u00fdt doba m\u00edch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u011b kontrolov\u00e1na.<\/p><p>Kone\u010dn\u011b, pokud jde o m\u00edchac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, b\u011b\u017en\u00e1 m\u00edchadla, jako jsou p\u00e1dlov\u00e1 m\u00edchadla nebo magnetick\u00e1 m\u00edchadla, obvykle posta\u010duj\u00ed ke zvl\u00e1dnut\u00ed rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed mal\u00fdch d\u00e1vek HPMC. Je v\u0161ak t\u0159eba v\u011bnovat pozornost rychlosti ot\u00e1\u010den\u00ed a dob\u011b provozu m\u00edchadla, aby bylo zaji\u0161t\u011bno rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 rozpou\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Vakuov\u00e9 m\u00edchac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je naproti tomu lep\u0161\u00ed volbou tam, kde je po\u017eadov\u00e1n velmi n\u00edzk\u00fd obsah bublin.
